Email opt in is required to redeem points. Points can be earned and redeemed in store and online. Customers can earn points for in store purchases but cannot redeem those points unless they activate their account on our website. If you have an existing account with us, you only need to click the rewards widget and sign in through it. If you do not have an existing account, you need to choose the JOIN NOW option and create your account. Once you’ve logged in you’ll be able to view all the options for earning and redeeming your points. Discount codes expire after 60 days. Unused points expire 1 year from last earned point date. Excludes wholesale customers and orders. Free Shipping caps out at $25.00
Gift cards purchased do not earn points. Points are given to the recipient when they redeem the gift card. Only one coupon code or discount can be used at a time. Cancelled order or returned items will result in those points being removed from your account. If you place an order in store or online but forget to login or give us your email let the salesperson know or email us at info@rachelrene.com with the order number and email used for your account and we can add those points to your account.
